One of the purposes of our foundation is to “take preventive medicine measures against the preventable blindness cases and engage in activities regarding the eye health.” Visual problems are detected in thousands of children and adults in the free eye health screenings, particularly in schools, with modern vehicles of our mobile service that is called "screenoscop," the necessary follow-up, care and attention is made.

In these units equipped with computer and other modern equipment, our specialist eye doctors work six days a week and the examination, diagnosis and treatment of our patients are made.

Massage technical and applications are taught to blind individuals in two terms of six months. Alongside vocational training to students, the aim of the training is to increase their self-esteem and make them experts that are needed. The students that are trained to become masseur and masseuse give classic and relaxation massage services in the massage salon of the foundation.

The Soccer Field Social Facility is at your service both to enable the blind individuals that get education in the rehabilitation center to do sports and to get financial revenues for the activities aimed to be provided to the blinds by the foundation through leasing system.

Our foundation is providing swimming training to improve and support the physical development and indirectly the mental development of students.

This training is given by Swimming Teacher Özgür ORHUNBİLGE, an hour a week in the NAMIK EKİN SPORTS FACILITIES SWIMMING POOL. The blind individuals that overcome their hydrophobia and disorientation and learn the swimming techniques in very short time like 5 months, reach the level of attending the Special Olympics and set a very good example as the "discovery of potential" in people.
