Born in Ankara, a graduate of TED Ankara College, Executive Board Deputy Chairman of SEBÜK MODA A.Ş. Speaks excellent English and intermediate French and German.

LIONS EXPERIENCE:
All kinds of senior positions and presidency at both the club and Lioness Executive Circle level as Lioness between 1978 and 1991, Ulus Lions Club Founder President as Lion between 1991 and 2004, National Commission head for the Lions's Protection of Eye Light Services and International Lions Clubs Foundation (LCIF), Turkish Lions Institute Head, the first female General Director in Turkey (1996-97) and the first Council head in Europe (1998-99).

THE PROJECTS INITIATED AND RUN:
Deputy Director of İstanbul University İstanbul Medicine Faculty Lions Eye Bank Economic Enterprise, Prof. Dr. Fahrettin Kerim Gökay Eskişehir Katarakt Hospital international fund provision coordinator, Turkish Lions Eye Health Program Project Turkey Coordinator.

AWARDS:
Was awarded by the Balkans Women Federation on May 13, 2003, for following the contributions of lions in the establishment and improvisation of the peace culture in society. Was awarded in a number of occasions during her experience as lion for 25 years. Received leadership medal twice and international president medal twice as well. Also holds the Supreme Service Understanding Awards that are given in the name of our Founder Melvin Jones and our founder in Turkey, Fahrettin Kerim Gökay.

MEMBERSHIP IN OTHER ORGANIZATIONS:
Trustees' Board member and General Secretary of Six Dots Foundation for the Blinds, Founding member and deputy head of the Foundation for Prevention of and Fight Against Addiction and Education, founding member of the Association for the Support of Modern Life, Turkish Lions Foundation member, TED Ankara College Community member.

Born in 1939 in Ankara. Following his graduation from the İstanbul University Medicine Faculty, he became a Eye Diseases Specialist in 1975, Assistant Professor in 1983 and Professor in 1989. He served as the Chairman of Eye Diseases Department in İstanbul Medicine Faculty between 1985 and 1986. He is currently working as the responsible person for the "Emergency Ophthalmology Department" and "Retina and Angiography Department" in the same institution. He served as the Executive and Financial Deputy of the Dean in İstanbul Medicine Faculty between October 1988 and September 1996. He was Headquarters General Secretary between 1976 and 1992 and Chairman between 1994 and 1995 of the Turkish Ophthalmology Association, which is the professional organization for Turkish eye doctors. He was the editor-in-chief of Turkish Ophthalmology Newspaper, which is the scientific publication of the same association, between 1972 and 1992 and the editor of the same publication between 1992 and 1995. He has been serving as the editor of the same publication since 2004.

He is a member of the Advisory Board of "Protection of the Light of Eye Foundation," second chairman of Six Dots Foundation for the Blinds, second chairman of the "Istanbul Medicine Faculty Foundation," Executive Board member and founder of the "İstanbul Medicine Faculty Lions Eye Bank Economic Enterprise," which is the first eye bank in Turkey founded by the Turkish Lions Foundation and İstanbul Medicine Faculty Foundation, Chairman of the "Çapa Eye Health and Bank Association," member of the Teşvikiye Lions Club Association and is working officially as an academic member of the İstanbul Medicine Faculty Eye Diseases Department. One of the trustees of the Six Dots Foundation for the Blinds since 1988, he served in the Executive Board and worked as the Foundation Chairman for three years.

Born in 1950 in Trabzon. Graduate of Ankara University Pharmacy Faculty. Following her service as Independent Responsible Manager in Bolu and İstanbul, she retired from the Social Insurance Institution Medicine Factory. Married and has one daughter. Is a member of various civil society organizations due to the social responsibility she feels as a member of the community. Entered the Six Dots Foundation for the Blinds in 1989 as a successor to the late founding member Handan ERTUNÇ and has been serving the Executive Board head since 2000.

Have served as administrator and physics instructor in state and private high schools, and is currently Private BJK High School principal.

Born on 16.06.1973 in İstanbul / Kartal. Primary school graduate. Working as Station Operator in Tekel Leaf Tobacco Enterprises. Married and has two children. Turkish Federation for the Blinds Executive Board member. Also serving as the head of Six Dots Foundation for the Blinds İstanbul branch Executive Board.

Born on 13.3.1961 in Üsküdar. Mechanical engineer. Married and has two children. Has been serving in the SIX DOTS FOUNDATION FOR THE BLINDS for many years.

Born as the third child of a family from Rumelia on 21.03.1953 in İstanbul. Completed her primary and secondary education in Nişantaşı Selim Sırrı Tarcan and Nilüfer Hatun Schools. (Her family did not let her to continue her education as she wanted to become a village doctor.) Has been engaged in personal charity activities for many years. Is currently working as a volunteer as an Executive Board member in SIX POINTS FOUNDATION FOR THE BLINDS. Married and has one son, two daughters, all of them grown-ups.

Born in giresun on 24.3.1968, married with one child, psicologist, teacher at Kagithane Ataturk Primary School Istanbul, has been at executive positions including as president at several associations i.e. Federation of Blind of Turkey, related to blinds since 1989.

Currently he is Istanbul Branch secretary of 6 Dot Blind Association, and secretery for internation relations of Sports Club of Blind. Hobbies are poetry, keeping diaries, reading including daily newspapers. He is a determined, decided, and patient personality.
