The festival organized by LIONS 118-T Management Circle, Diabetes and Eye-Strain Committee and Committee for the Disabled and realized together with Six Points Foundation for the Blind, Six Points Association for the Blind and Besiktas Municipality was held in Arnavutkoy on October 23, 2011 with the participation of the Rehabilitation Centre trainees.
